Cancellation / Refund Policy
  • Cancellations must be provided in writing prior to your scheduled check-in date.

Manufactured Home Rentals:

  • More than 60 days — a $75.00 service charge will be deducted from your deposit.
  • 30 - 60 days — a $100.00 service charge will be deducted from your deposit.
  • Less than 30 days — the entire deposit will be forfeited.

RV Site Rentals:

  • More than 60 days — a $30.00 service charge will be deducted from your deposit.
  • 30 - 60 days — a $50 service charge will be deducted from your deposit.
  • Less than 30 days — the entire deposit will be forfeited.
